Residents
We are a smoke-free community. Smoking within 25 feet of any of our buildings is prohibited.
The clubhouse is currently being renovated but will be available Spring 2023.
We accept both online and offline forms of payment. When paying online, create an account in our Resident Portal and add a method of payment. We accept credit, debit, and ACH. Paying online allows for convenient and quick payments.
For those who would like to pay offline, we accept checks and money orders.
We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. There is a maximum of two pets per home. An additional charge of $35/mo/pet will be added to your monthly bill. We have breed restrictions which include:

Log in to our Resident Portal to file a maintenance request. On the left-hand side, there is a button labeled ‘submit a work order’. From there, you can submit all the details to your work order including urgency and when the team can visit.
Please call the leasing center using the phone number on our website. When connected, you will have the option to be routed to our after-hours maintenance emergency hotline.
All residents are assigned a parking spot within our covered and gated garage. The garage also has elevator access.
Neighborhood
The Dunwoody Nature Center offers 22 acres of pristine natural trails and educational programming for all ages. Brook Run Park provides 102 acres of recreational space, featuring a dog park, walking trails, and community gardens. Dunwoody Park offers additional outdoor amenities, including sports facilities and picnic areas.
Perimeter Center hosts headquarters for major corporations including Cox Enterprises, Mercedes-Benz, and Agilent Technologies. The area is a major tech and corporate hub, with significant presence from IBM and numerous innovative startups. Northside Hospital provides extensive healthcare employment opportunities.
Dunwoody High School consistently receives top ratings, with exceptional STEM and arts programs.
